Dear Sir,
i had bought htc desire 820 hand set in December 2014, and there was a bit of problem regarding its battery life, plus the phone was having problem of over heating near the earpiece. so i submitted my phone to the service center on 21st of feb and they told me that i will be getting my phone back within 15 days ,so after fifteen days i called htc for my phone and the response was , part is not available in India only. so i waited for the part to arrive after the proposed time i again called them but the response was same but this time a bit ruder. after calling them around 7 times , i decided to take my phone back unrepaired. so i told them to just return my phone and guess what they told me , “Sir, it is not our policy to return unrepaired phone” i mean what the …. that is my phone for which i have paid and they are denying me to provide my phone back to me , please look into the issue . i would be very greatful.
