HCL me G1 tablet

I ordered it on 7th march and got the product on probably 13th or 14th. I noticed that the bluetooth is not in a proper and smooth functioning condition. I reported the issue to shopclues and annoyed by the new faulty product, i requested return and refund for the product.

I did not get their reply for next 5 days and then i called on their customer care number. They said that since the product is in manufacturer’s warrenty, so you go to service centre and get it repaired. I told i have purchased it from shopclues and not from any manufacturer, so shopclues is only responsible for this product and return.
They still continued the same argument, after i insisted, they said that they will forward the issue to manufacturer. I told i have nothing to do with the manufacturer, shopclues should take the product back and return my money. They promised to call after 3 days and provide the solution regarding this

No call after 4 days too. I called again, same story continued and they are again asking me to go to service centre.
