I have this wifi internet dongle since one year and I was using at times when I required.
I was getting renewal messages and calls from the company everyday.As per message last date for renewal was 21st Feb 2015.So to keep active I recharged the same on 20th Feb 2015 through net banking and I received confirmation from MTS at the same time.
But despite of recharge in time, MTS has deactivated services on 21st Feb-2015.
I complained to Customer Care they spent 10 days to resolve.Then I mailed to Applet Authority they also taken 10 days and during this period every time they committed that after certain hours or certain date it will be restored.
Then after they asked me to resubmit my all the documents to MTS store as like new connection.
I asked then that what is my fault that you force me to resubmit all the documents…but till today they not replied.
I also offered that if due to any reason you don’t want to restore my services then resund my Rs 399 which I recharged…but they clearly refused to refund.
Please guide me in this case what I have to do?
I have all the messaged and communication on email which I will print and submit to you.
