I (Rohit) has given the order for purchase of Karbonn Titanium S5+ mobile on 01.12.2014 through www.mulyashop.com by payment of ` 5,282/- by my credit card vide order no. BBYHFMBFB. My registered mobile no. with them is 9163158488 & 9891946488. My registered mail ID with them is [email protected].
When I did not received the mobile within 15 days, then I contacted the company & requested them to deliver the mobile before 31.12.2014. In response, company has given me mail on 02.01.2015 that the delay is due to huge order in new year. Even after 15 days I have not got the mobile, then I made a call on available contact no. i.e. 022-41414757 & 9222275394 on daily basis after 20.01.2015 & each time some different person speaks & told me that at present my net is not working & I am not able to see your present delivery status. I requested them again & again to refund my money but they have blocked my no. to receive any call. I started giving E-mails on available mail ID [email protected] regular basis for refund my money. I have given e-mails on 24.01.2015, 27.01.2015, 28.01.2015, 29.01.2015, 30.01.2015, 02.02.2015, 05.02.2015, 11.02.2015, 27.02.2015 & many more but they have not replied the single mail & not refunded my money.
Now, I am fed up of the attitude on the company & thinking that this is a fake site & want to make a registered complaint against the same, so that company is not able to cheat any other innocent customer.
