My mobile no is 9176364268, Yesterday( 23/03/15) i recharged Rs 110 (top up), Rs 149 ( rate cutter), Rs 195 ( 3g internet). For recharge of Rs 110, talk time of Rs 94 is allowed. When i checked out today morning. My balance has come down to 10 rupees. When i called customer care, they said i used video downloads. I did not download any videos. When i used *111# to know the reason, they have given break up as follows
Rs 9 deducted for DNLD-DWAP-DLS009-PPU-KIN0058001
Rs 75 deducted for DNLD-DWAP-VID0075-PPU-MOB00414001

I request Vodafone to refund Rs 84 rupees.
