I had visited your store in the month of January and had a paid an amount of Rs.5,000/- via Cheque towards the booking of Hyundai Xcent.
The sales person who assisted me was Kaustubh’s. Later within a month’s time I had some medical expenses in my Family and it’s still not back to normal.
I had requested for the refund of the Booking amount and for this I personally visited the store along with my wife. I spoke to A lady in charge in Kaustubh’s presence, wherein she asked me to submit an application letter for refund with a cancelled Cheque.
I submitted the same to the lady concerned and Mr.Kaustubh promised me at that moment that he would get me back the refund in 2 weeks or 20days
Now, it’s been a more than a month that I myself have been following up but there’s just no answer to it sometimes, or I have been told will get back to you or just a cold transfer and hang-ups.
I request you to help me out with the refund amount at the earliest as this is not a big amount but it’s an amount which can help me in my family medical needs to some extent
