I am Vodafone customer for mobile no 8879161350 from last two years.two data plans was activated on my no from Nov 2014 & DEC 2014 & they added charges for both plan for both month. On that basis i request to deactivate 299 rs 3G plan in Jan 2015.After deactivation of this plan they charged me 3000 for month Jan 2015 & 4100 for month feb 2015 due to no any data plan as per Vodafone customer care told me.But As per bill,149 data plan was showing activated on my no from nov 2014 & Suvarna farade( Vodafone representative) also mailed me same that 149 Gprs plan was activated w.r.f 04/01/2015.But now vodafone telling me that 149GPRS plan was automatically deactivate when I was activate 299 rs 3g plan.& now they refunding me 198/- for 149 GPRS data plan due to system error.but I am not claiming 198/- I complain for 3000/- & 4100/- for data charges.They forcefully added in my bill.
