I booked the flat no 407 in Sangam Project. We found the window in the kitchen is too large and kitchen sink is very close to stove location. Then it was requested to their modification team for the joint visit to the site to study the problem and mutually sort out the issue. They asked me to put up a mail to modification team. Accordingly I mailed them giving details of modification required. But no body opened the mail. When the in- charge of modification team was spoken, he said nothing is possible now, Painting is also completed, which was not true. The finishing work is yet to carry out in the apartment. They do not bother to listen the problem once they get money. This is the attitude of DS-Max and their Team. It is also a matter of fact that they charge Rs 3.00 per sq.Ft towards maintenance and collect the amount for 3 yrs in advance during registration. They say they won’t do registration until the advance payment of maintenance is cleared. This fact is not revealed at the time of booking. They hide the facts to allure the customers with attractive benefits. Now, I am scared of DS-Max properties that I invested a huge amount and I never know whether or not I will get the money back.
