I have booked plot in Max Nandana Residency Phase II and paid 2,88,000, it’s almost 2 years now. Agreement got extended 3 times, every time they say registration can be done this time. They are not answering calls. They gave commitment this time that they will do registration by end of March 2015. I am not sure even this time they will stick to their commitment.

Please anyone let me know how to handle them.
