i am rashpal singh.I ordered Micromax a96 from 100mobiles.com website on 12.10.2014. My order numbers are 265 having order reference number DFEFAANCU .For the first transaction ,the payment of 5199 /- has been debited from my account but the webpage is showing payment status as “payment error”. i thought that the deducted amount will be recredited soon as the payment was error. So i retried for making the payment. At that second time also the amount was debited from my account and webpage is showing status as “Payment successful”..But till now the payment was not refunded nor the handset was despatched for both the payments. I tried calling the customer care number provided on the site but no one is receiving the call and the call is getting sent to voice mail. I also send many email to them asking about tracking number but no response.
Kindly confirm me the order details otherwise I would like to go for legal action with you..
