www.shopcruze.co.in - Not refunded money after asking about order cancellation

Dear All,

We did online shopping with shopcruze.co.in

But at that time I mailed to cancel the order but till now there is no positive reply from shop cruze team Lucknow, now the problem is company is not refunded my money of Rs 2,999 after cancellation the order.

Plz help me on thia matter
