I placed a order on 16th March 2015 to deliver a cake on 18th March 2015 in Vadodara. They never delivered. really very badly committed people. When I called on 19th March for refund, this was the reply from them (read below)

Dear Sir,
We are very sorry for your disappointment. But as per the last
conversation we had already give you this commitment that your order will be
delivered today itself and we will contact with your recipient before the
delivery. As this order is in process after our conversation so cancellation
of this order isn’t possible now. After delivery we will let you inform.

However not delivered. Does this people have any sense and know the value of the time. what does it make sense? that they mention to deliver on next day of birthday. First of all we are paying such a high price only for time. Otherwise with same specs cakes or flowers are available in 50% rate in local markets.

later I realized that these people were cheaters refer feed backs in the below link and cheating done by them to many.
