Through promotional call & mail from DATAWIND ,i booked one Ubislate 7Cz with full online payment on 31-Jan-2015.
And i received the device on 4-Feb-2015 (Device IMEI: 911300152407968/911300152407971) with screen damaged.Which they insist me to submit device in their service center,where as DATAWIND website speaks about “wrong item picked up facility” from the customer’s end.Ever after submitting the device at service center (7-Feb) they assured me of 10 days time for delivering new device.
But they deliver it on 12-March-15 & that too is the old/used one.Whole screen found full of scratch (As no screen protection guard found) & touch response is very poor. And again after my complain they are are advising me to use the same device.Even when i asked for refund (As per refund policy of DATAWIND mentioned on website),they are simply refusing.
Please help me in this regard.
One more request:
And if DATAWIND is not fulfilling/owning their words what they speak on their website,than their website need to be blocked or they should be listed in fraud companies list & circulate.So it will save other online buyer’s from being cheated.
