SBP made the same March2013 Possession promise to me.
Its March2015 now, even now the dream seems way away from reality.
Also the quality of material and work is much lower than we expected .
We all need to get united to take actions.

Too much delay. I paid 15% as down payment and 10% for possession plus IFMS, society charges. But no possession letter was offered. we must unite to solve the issue.
I think more than 70% customers, including me, booked their flat before 2014 and SBP group has still not started giving possession even after a lapse of more than three years after promised date. This is a fit time for filing a common application in consumer forum by giving a notice of 3 months to the developer to complete the construction work on war level. United action will certainly open the eyes of builder.
