I booked a ticket on 29/09/2014 OneWay Flight from Bangalore to Goa but due to issue with the Airline Company Spice Jet, the flight was cancelled and i received a sms on 27th Dec’14. When i called up their customer care i was told that the tickets booked from travel partners or any online sites will be refunded by them (Spice Jet will refund to the agency or portal). I called the customer care of Easygotrip on 10th Jan’15 and the representative told me that within 9 days the amount would be refunded to my account. The 1st chaser email i sent on 19th Jan’15 tp this company email ID [email protected] but they did not replying back. After that i have sent repeated email chaser as their call centre number does not work (8080144002). One fine day i could connect and then the person told me that it could be 1 yr, 2 yr. I will have to wait till Easygotrip feels like refunding the amount and they cannot let me know the dates. This worthless representative also hung up the call. Is this the any organisation should provide service to customers.
Kindly help as it looks like a fraud company.
