We have booked a 3 BHK flat in Janapriya Metropolis in May, 2010. They promised to give flat in a year. We paid 70% of the flat price so far. It has been 4 years of waiting and there is still no sign of progress and nobody responds when we ask when we can get our flat. It has been very difficult for us to maintain the EMI of 30000 rupees per month to HDFC bank and still pay rents. The thought of getting into this trouble and none to help us is saddening us. Janapriya office never gives us any information. How can we get justice? Whom do we approach? We do not have money to appoint a lawyer and lodge for a case but want to fight for our flat. Or atleast compensation. I can produce our documents of purchase, loan documents, emi reports and everything if required. Please help us.
