Builder has signed a collaboration agreement with the owner in march 2010 to build up the entire building with stilt parking and lift facility. but till now many works are incomplete like not working lift, sewer covers, covering on roof etc not only this he has fitted unauthorized water and electricity connections. we are requesting him to fit legal connections since more than a year but he is not responding every time he gives a new date of getting a work done but he is not doing. i m tired of his new dates that is why today i decided to file a complaint against him.
