this is muthu kumar from bangalore, I have ordered a phone lava iris x5 (7,200 rs) on 17.12.2014 on mulya shop.com, but they have not delivered the order till 20th january so i have asked for an refund, they have agree to refund amount and the refund process was complete by 30.01.2015 but still now the amount was not credited to my account, already is 80 days, i have call customer service no response at all….
