on 11th February, 2015 i received a call from Mobile No. +919136712529 stating that he is calling from SBI Card. he informed me that my credit card limit is been revised and it will be delivered to me shortly. he further told that my earned reward points are getting expired so in order to facilitate the customer SBI is providing some free gifts against the same which are USHA blender, Usha make Iron, Shirt, Trouser, Shoe and some more items. he asked me to verify the card No. and then asked me for the OTP received on my mobile for verification. afterwards Rs. 6899 were been debited from my account. i immediately called on that number and i was been replied that the amount will be credited back and only reward points will be utilized. he also asked me to save the number for future information / assistance. Now today i received one parcel that don’t have the items been told… and includes one W-Card what i never order for and my amount was also not been credited back. today i called several times on that number it was coming busy…. when rang calls were disconnected and finally it become not reachable. i was also under impression that the amount was debited by SBI Card but after checking the statement today i come to know that i was been cheated by company named Laplumegroup_EPayKerel MUMBA IND. can somebody tell me how to get my money back and how we can get such cheaters punished by law.
