Respected Sir,

I would like to report that my Personal Information (Address, phone number, scanned copy of Secondary Certificate, Degree, Passport) revealed through fraud mail dated 06.02.2015 from mail id-“[email protected]”. From this mail id I got job offer in the name of “DPR CONSTRUCTION, USA”.
I would just like to file a report for safety precaution to prevent and incident of Identity theft any transaction that will be opened or deal using this id is illegal. There for i would like to file report for this. I seek your help and request you to kindly register my Report in the subject matter.
