Non Clearance of credit note
Hi,

I booked a flat from a property dealer “Prithvee Propmart” who in turn gave me a credit note which had a condition that the money would be refunded once I pay 40% to the builder and when the builder releases the commission to Prithvee. now its been an year and with continuous follow up they have still not refunded the money.

How can I take legal action against them.
