Vodafone Postpaid services charging unknown charges as per the attached bill details for data downloads. such as,

2) myplex_ap_100
3) d2c_ndtv_valuepk_9
4) d2c_mgossip_pack49

I don’t even know what are these and when these were downloaded from my mobile without my knowledge. Vodafone fraud billing is becoming more frequent.

In this, I started calling customer care for complaints on 198 and says we can’t do much about it and says sorry sorry I can’t hear you properly all the time again and again in which it annoys allot.
