I have ordered Savsol Engine oil and paid the amount including delivery charges on 31st December 2014. I have paid through ICICI bank vide BL/000699247098 / payment for oil/ 32115333/VICKYI. I ahve paid Rs.2974 for oil. till today I have not received any order confirmation/ feedback or despatch details from them. Please ask them to send the oil or return the amount.
