I have purchased a jacket from Arrow store Bareilly and after few months all threads from jacket are coming out and When I lodged a complaint they asked me to hand over the jacket to Arrow store and I handed over the jacket to store but now they are not responding to me neither they are exchanging it nor they are refunding the amount.
