I had purchased an apartment at Centrum Park project in Ahmadabad. I did see a lot of reviews and thought of sharing my experience too. As per the date given, the project started very late and also was unnecessarily delayed because many issues like licensing problems, loan availabilities and lot of miscommunication from the management team. We tried many times to contact the conserned authorities but never got any revert from the team. And after many such attempts, one day their senior authorities contacted us and called for an one-on-one meet with us regarding the issues/problems we were going through. They did apologize for all the inconvienice and made sure all the queries were personally answered by them, it definitely helped us to breath a sigh of relief. After bombarding them with so many complaints on emails, they have been brave enough to take up the stand and have a personal session with the buyers, which served as a plus point on their end. So, finally our project is now under construction after all the problems we faced and we are able to see some ray of good hope from them and some good progress happening at the site too
