My FDR with Elder Pharma C 77565 matured on 16-12-13, is still not being refunded. Inspite of several mails , followup through Bajaj Capital no response. Can some one guide for action. Sonal Hiten Purohit and Hiten Chamanlal Purohit

I would like to draw your attention that we have kept trust in reputed pharma company – Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd and placed our hard earned money as fixed deposit.
Fixed deposit No C-77565 Rs 50,000/- matured on 16-12-13 Ms Sonal Hiten Purohit
But we regret to inform you that we have submitted our FDR on 10-12-13, through Bajaj Capital for redemption, but till date we have not received any refund.
We have called several times – but no reply is received.
Kindly refund our amount with interest for the delayed period also.
