I have placed the order for Micromax Canvas 2.2 A114 (White) on 05.12.14 with order no. UMDPYJIVW.But till date item not shipped or no tracking no ganerated. I had wrote mail for this,no response found.I call to their support hotline no 09222275394 for contact but every time that no is Busy or switch off.Payment already done for Rs 5,914/- through HDFC Bank Credit Card.
In my online shopping carrier this is the first site who provide this type of poor service/fraud service.
I don’t understand what should be done for by order.
