I ordered Micro max Canvas XL2 Mobile phone on 22nd Nov 2014 through Debit card, but till now it is not dispatched .when i called customer care they say today it will be dispatch, like this it happened for 3 days, today finally they say it will be dispatch within 2 days as white colour i ordered is not shipped by manufacturer.so i gave them a option to dispatch other colour which is available with them.to this they said he has to take permission from his Boss and inform me.But that also didnt happened and i never got a call back from them . If the reason was non available of colour then why did customer service gave commitment that today it will be shipped . Now they are encouraging me to cancel the order so that they can held up my money in the name of refund for more 15 to 20 days. This is my worst experience in online shopping. I never faced this type of issue in other online shopping . Mulyashop.com is the worst online shopping website. Before purchasing this mobile phone i was quiet impressed by Mulyashop website section of “MEET OUR TEAM” Kevin Pinto, Pinky Jadhwani, Geeta Nalawade…etc . I thought it will be a good experience shopping with Mulyashop. But i experienced false commitment only.
My personal experience from Mulyashop.com is waste of time & money , dont purchase any product from this website
