First time I place an order for a Jacket, howevr the size was too small, hence I wrote an email for exchange, no one ever got back to me regarding that. You try to cal customer service, the only message you get is line is busy and the line gets disconnected. No other means of contact to them. I have crossed the exchange and return policy. This is the worst customer service.
