On 20-11-2014 and on 27-11-2014 Rs. 7830. 00 each time were debited to my credit card of I.C.I.C.I. bank in purchase of some articles from your company no details with me since I have not ordered. On enquiry I found that some staff of I.C.I.C.I. bank and VISA company based at Gurgeon Frauded and place order to your company in calobration with your staff. As mentioned I had never place any order. Please intimate the details of two order of dated 20-11-2014 and 27-11-2014 and the source of persons or company who placed order. Nothing is received from this order.
