Hi even i face the same issue. I have been charged Rs. 409 last month and Rs. 232 this month again for some wapvilla_ppd download. I had sent mail last month to vodafone customer care, i get a call from an excutive and a reply was a harsh message that it will not waived off. When asked what are those charges and why there has been no intimation either from vodafone or from the site we use no reply, but u have used it and cannot be waived. What sites are those so that we can check if used it, reply – we do not know and have the access,…..and i don’t understand how vodafone is so cheap and charge this way. I have given my number for porting and will be soon changing. This is so unprofessional way of working by vodafone….CAN THIS BE REPORTED TO TRAI OR SOMEWHERE

They are scamster. I fought hard with their customer care nodal officer and greviance officer. I got the complete refund. But they loose the credibiloty of a customer oriented company. They think that they can charge whatever they want.
Instead of making money they are loosing the customer base.
my bill was always above 2500 per month but as soon as i started getting additional bill for wapvilla and other services i stooped all internet packs on all the numbers i used.
And these charges are applied on only vodafone customers so you can judge that vodone is behind all these false charges.
