I am Swapnil Kankrej, using Vodafone Post-paid Connection (#9920790303).
Vodafone has charged me Rs.49/- for downloading WAPVILLA_PPD which I have not downloaded.
I don’t understand why such leading service provider is wrongly charging and expecting money from common people. R they surviving on peoples money?
When I discussion with customer care, they had no explanation and saying it was chargeable site that’s why r these charges. WTF I never visited wapvilla site neither downloaded anything. When I asked to take my complaint and provide me with complaint number they r saying, they can not take such complaint. Pls help in sorting this matter.
