I have been using Vodafone post-paid connection. In my nov-14 bill, Vodafone charged me Rs.49 for WAPVILLA_PPD download which I HAVE NOT DOWNLOADED.
After having discussion with customer care they are saying that these are the charges for downloading from chargeable site. WTF I have not downloaded anything for which VODAFONE is charging me. When I asked them to take my complaint & provide me complaint number they are saying we can not take complaint on this subject matter.
What the hell Vodafone are providing the service & they are so famous for charging wrong bills, Many of the peoples have found same problems.
