Hello,
I have ordered: DOUBLE SEATER FUTON- SOFA CUM BED ( RED MATTRESS ) which is Rs 11699 at Snapdeal on 16th Oct 2014( Order number: 3218504936, product code: 4358140217).
After applying the coupon and ordered it for 9360, the date of dispatch was 15 days that is 06th of Nov.
But there was no information on the shipment and my refund as well. Contacted Customer care several times and it was not taken care off and no further response from them. Please check on this and do the needful.

    1. No help from Consumer forum team or response for consumer forum team on the complaint. It seems they are thinking nothing can be done with any online complaints like consumer forums team. Fine, I shall proceed legally to send a notice to the company and file a case against the company in Consumer court.
      Thank you for consumer forum team to send the mail to them which was never rectified. Kunal Bahl (Ceo of Snapdeal) to meet in court for justification.
