I have ordered for micromax canvas xl2 mobile of 6,321/- rupees. The amount has been deducted from my credit card but there is no confirmation from company. They just messaged order id as YEMEOABZP. They dint answer any calls or no replies to email. I heard now that company is fraud just taking money please help me in resolving the problem

I have ordered a Micromax Nitro through the so called Mulyashop,few days back and till time there is no response from this team. The contact numbers whatever they published in the site is incorrect or fake and when someone tries on this, it replies either busy or check the number you have dialed. If at all some how you manage to contact them, there are no responsible people to address your concern. The worst experience a customer can ever face. Mulya teams are highly irresponsible, fraud and doesn’t have the professional way of handling the concern/query. Every time when you try to contact them, you will get disappointed and their provoking attitude really make you uncomfortable. The only source of contact (a Landline number) is being handled by persons, who are ???holes and simply take you for a “merry go round” and act so funny as if they don’t know the cheating attitude / intention of the company . So please do not order any items through this site and it is understood that almost all have got cheated.
