orderded a shorts under buy 1 get 1 scheme under diwali offer order id 3207276916 and recd only single peice [one peice short] on payment of 499 , made a complaint no 10719250 and got the product reverse picked. After one week got a refund for only 249 [half the amount] and followed it with another complaint ticket 11305273 and recd a call on 10 nov that they cannot get the refund from the seller and i will have to settle for only half the amount and further any help is not possible in the matter.
i want my full refund back
