I had booked an online ticket on easygotrip.com on 12 th Sept. It was from Ranchi to Mumbai on Air India. My account got debited by the amount. Within a short time I got a call from easygotrip representative saying that Air India has rejected my booking as their fares have been hiked and easygotrip had not updated their site. I requested for a refund and was promised that within 9 working days my money would be refunded. I have been calling up the support number since then and only a recorded voice comes and says that they will get back but no such thing is happening. I have received nine acknowledgements by sms so far but no response, It comes from DM-SRECEP and the tine is 12.42 p.m.
