i paid for a pair of trainers on the 10th october they were shipped on the 14th but tracking shows they have never left the courier in dehli.. snapdeal customer service just says its not there problem the seller has shipped.. under trust pay after 10days i should get my money back.. but snapdeal doesnt answer and you cant raise a complaint with trustpay it just goes through to snapdeal..

Snapdeal= SHITdeal=SHIT. Last time i bought my racket from them,and after 1 week they didn`t even ship the product,after that,they informed me shipping will furthur be delayed for another 3-4 days. For the record i stayed in Mumbai. And finally i had to cancel my order and bought from amazon,which they deliver within 2 days.My first time using snapdeal and last time too! Peace of shit servicing. Should learn from Amazon/Flipkart,even homeshop18 is better.
