My order is already cancelled and I got message on 13th October 2014 that, my amount will be refunded to my credit card within 4-5 working days.
And today is 23rd October and I didn’t get my money back.
As per the conversion with Snapdeal customer care on 23rd October, the executive person told me to send the bank statement so that it will be resolved.
I am sending the snapshot of bank statement.
Please respond as soon as possible.
I’ve written you a number of mails, but not getting proper respond from your side.
If customer will get service like this, then you can think what can be happened in future.
