Hi,

I have placed the order of Micromax Unite II mobile on 15th Jun 14, but i did not get any delivery even after 15 days. when i contacted customer care they said order will be cancelled and money will be refunded but it is four month but money has not refunded till now. Customer care nos no working. Bill is attached.

Now website is also not working. Pls help and suggest what to do in this case.
