The purchased air conditioner from Snapdeal was delivered to us on 13th Oct’14. When we opened the packing, we realized that there is no gas in the compressor. We lodged the complaint with snapdeal immediately (within 2 hours).
Now they are asking to pay INR 3000 for filling the gas because the dealer who had supplied this product is not ready to accept the fact that there was no gas.
The very first question that comes to the mind is “what is the significance of so called “TRUST PAY” if your refund will depend on the feeddback provided by the dealer”? The dealer will never accept that there was no gas in the compressor. There are very fundamental flaws in how Snapdeal condust their business. The “trust Pay”is a failure and no body should believe that their money is really safe.
