I have faced charges Rs 975 for unkown download name i.e. wapvilla_ppd. If i have data usage plan and do download and surf anything through mobile WITHIN LIMIT usage. So, what is this extra category as DOWNLOAD in my bill that it is showing my bill. Is download categories into different category plan. I have google search for wapvilla_ppd and found this issue recently faced by many people and with same reason.
