S80587452 this is my order no from Whaaky .com before a month I order a combo of 5 jeans and 5 formal pants from this company before placing order I check that my pin code is available for delivery of product . and I paid online amount of 2098/- they msg me that I will get a delivered product within 7-10 working days.
after one weak I got email from the company that my area is not serviceable so they cant delivered the product to me.
so I gave different address and my account no to company by email in case they can’t delivered then refund money to my account.
I call on there customer care no but they are busy always, I’m not able to contact any of them, after some days I again got email from Whaaky .com that they r unable to send product to me by there service so they r sending me by Indian postal service.
but I didn’t got any thing and again after a weak again they mail me that I well get refund in my account .
but after a month also I have not my money refund now I want to place a complaint against Whaaky. com
