I ordered 5kg fruits (order number 10401034) through rediff.com on 12th September 2014. The seller Right Shopping delivered only 3kg. When we called the seller, she promised ot deliver the remaining 2kg fruits, and then stopped picking the phone up. We then called from another number and she answered. Again she promised to deliver, and again stopped answering phone calls.

I complained ot rediff the very next day of delivery. They promised to arrange ot deliver the remaining 2kg fruits on 19th September. Since then, even rediff isn’t answering to my various emails, and nothing has been delivered yet.

There is no way to even leave a feedback to the seller, to warn other buyers of these fraud people.
