I am Balamurugan bought a flat in Jagannath Orchid from Padmavathy builders, Royapettah, Chennai (www.padmavathyrealty.com) on March 2010 and i was promised to get the possesion by September 2011, but got the possession only by November 2013. Now it is July 2014 but still the basic amenities are not completed and the maintanance is not proper. Below are the problems we face

1. The following amenities promised by the builder are still not completed and they are children play area, conference hall, gym. The place were children play area looks like a dump place.

2. Some of the pillars and bolconies are weak and they develop cracks. A piece of cieling fell once on the floor in the parking area. Construction quality is worst.

3. Electricity connection is still with the builder, not in the name of owner. Moreover the connection given to the flat are not proper. My connection is running in my opposite flat and vice versa.

4. Housekeeping is the worst part in this apartment. No regular cleaning is done.

5. This apparment consisting of more than 160 units has just 2 securities. Once two people came and stole one of the residents vehicle.

6. No proper common area lighting.

7. Compound wall is very short and easily accessible to outsiders and especially in those places are no lighting is provided

Please help us as we are around 70 odd families residing in this unsecured appartment.
