This is in reference to the below order i have placed online with letsbuymobile.com
I am soon going to file a case against your site in the consumer forum and also with cyber crime cell and report the fraud you are doing to people and cheating them of their hard earned money.
Since the day i have placed order , i tried to call the customer care number and pressed option 2 as directed by the system to check the status of my order but was never ever able to talk to a person , also when i pressed option 1 and asked your supervisor to provide me the status of my order, they always made me fool by saying that they will arrange a call back which i never received.
IT’s going to be a month and i never received an update from your team regarding my order and even on your site it is mentioned that in case my order is not approved, i,ll receive a branded wrist watch which is also misleading.
I am going to report this and will make sure that this fraud site will get closed and people will not be cheated of their hard earned money.

I have also place order on 17-09-2014 for Samsung Galaxy Grand2 which is about Amount Rs.19000/-
and my Appliacition Id is 17096456 but there is no responce frm them .when iam callin to customer care number-01203843181 not giving any answer frm them….i came to know that this is bogas site and froude site . iwant to case this site and i am also going to consumer forum.
atlest u peopl got updates. i dont even got any updates. and i have a snapshot of the payment so gonna file a case. people who and al are cheated raise together to get a solutn for this
