I had done recharge to my Bsnl mobile number : 9491925251 on 14th sept,2014 around 1am for rupees five hundreds and fifty rupees Rs.550/- with transaction id of – MTP14098435.
The amount had need debited from bank account but recharge is not done ,the satirist is showing still a pending .
Please make to make that recharge success or make to refund my money back.
Please give me a quick response .
I also mailed this same information to you at care@mobiletopup.co.in yesterday ie,14/09/2014.But no resolve for my problem.please make my problem to solve as soon as possible.
