I want to revice your attraction on my complain to send me wrong file.

I want to do complain against your services (yes i can change file) when i rec. my file on date.5-5-2014 to paying full amount 4100 to courier boy .When i open the file. there is total wrong besides my name my D.O.B, Place total wrong. To seeing the wrong file i was hurt. on that time I called your customer care no. he said that you return the file to our address. on date i dispatch file by Railway post.

Now till date there is no response about my file.I would like to tell you that this time i am surviving very critical situation. I am job less last three year. My family ‘ economic condition is not good this time but I hardly manage for the file amount.My comlain no.11902

I can call many times & send email one or two times they said to me ok i will send your new file with correction.but on date-28.07.2014 I never receive any file.

So I request you that plz send me my correct file which help i
change my life and I could say that (I CAN CHANGE).
I AM WAITING YOUR REPLY…
