1) Your under consultancy pay roll

3) Client Company will always tell you that we are going to make you permanent roll, But 90% they never make you as a permanent roll, why because they are already getting work from you, why should they pay more for same work.
1 permanent employee = 3 contract employees, as per 1:3 why should client make you as a permanent employee.
4) You never get any benefits from working(client) company, Like:
a) Sodexo card
b) Up skill Training
c) Bonus
d) PeopleSoft Access etc
e) Foreign Trip
f) Promotion
5) If you decide to leave the company you have to serve notice period, But If Client doesn’t need you then they can show you outdoor without any notice period (On the spot kick you out).
6) Very less salary and night shift allowance.
7) Sometimes salary comes late
8) Sometimes they are not mention your PF account number in your salary slip, but they deduct PF amount
9) Never get proper response from Magna Team
10) There is no value for working here
11) Client Company will use us as a tissue paper. They are going to move you in different team or process for every 3months or 6months.
12) Client Company will treat us like a daily labor.
My Conclusion:
I worked to my client company under Magna contract payroll for 9 months, I struggled a lot for helping my client as well as Magna. Finally I decide to quit so I informed my manager and he accepted my resignation, there is nothing problem with my client company, and I completed month (April14) But I didn’t received April month salary PF account details and Relieving letter, I mailed several times to all Magna HR’s, they never replied me back very good response from magna I appreciate it. Even I don’t know my account is progress or I am absconded.
