I purchased a plot in COUNTY GARDEN , NEEMRANA RAJASTHAN from this company 2.3 years back by paying 50% amount with an agreement either registered plot or take money back with 24% of interest after two years. Now I asked my money back and they provided me with two cheques of YES BANK,one of them got bounced and 2nd I have not yet submitted. After calling a number of times they simply promised to do NEFT and mostly do not pick up the call. Even I have read a no. Of comments against this company as a fraud. Please suggest to recover my money back:-)

hi, sanjeev ji, i want to know what action u have taken against the developer as i am an advocate and i have received two disputed plots for which the developer is demanding the remaining amount of plot to get registered the plot on the name of allotee. i am thinking to file complaint with EOW to take the money back.
